This blog contains all my One Word entries. Oneword.com posts a new word each day and gives you 60 seconds to write about it. -Anything at all, in 60 seconds. As someone who often takes about an hour to write a blog post, I enjoy a sixty second writing exercise!

My One Word responses seem to fall into several different categories:

• Definitions or images of the actual word that I can't get out of my head. Frustrating for me because who wants to read that? 
• Tangents or memories that come up because of the word, which I enjoy. 
• Bits from stories I've written or am writing. 

Even when there's no time to blog, I may still find time to write a One Word post.

* 60 seconds is a goal, not a restriction. Once you've reached 60 seconds, you can continue writing if you'd like.

** To keep the current day's "mystery word" a secret, my entries are posted here the following day.
